Coordinate and deliver the program of workshops — every session on the calendar lands with its logistics fully solved before it starts

Identify and book appropriate venues against real requirements: capacity, location, equipment, and the security posture some programs demand

Design and produce event materials where relevant — badges, schedules, forms, posters and booklets for classes, workshops and meetings

Liaise with facilitators so each workshop is delivered successfully: briefed, equipped, and met at the door

Manage the available workshop budget, including petty cash, facilitator fees and service invoices, with records that reconcile

Create and implement the monitoring and evaluation system — attendance, feedback and outcomes tracked so the program improves by evidence

Attend each workshop to support the facilitator as required — the coordinator is present, not remote

Maintain the calendar, records and reconciliations that keep the whole program auditable

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Workshop Coordinator at CryptoMize you will be responsible for all aspects and practical detail of the workshops on the calendar: coordinating and delivering the program, liaising with facilitators to deliver successful workshops, identifying and booking appropriate venues, and designing and producing event materials where relevant. You will attend each workshop to support the facilitator as required — the seat is present on the floor, not coordinating from a distance.

You will manage the available budget for workshops, including petty cash, facilitator fees and service invoices, and you will maintain the calendar, records and reconciliations that keep the program auditable. The creation and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system is a named deliverable of this position — attendance, feedback and outcomes, tracked and reported, so the program’s next season is planned on evidence.

The role assists with coordination and promotion of programs, workshops, meetings and conferences alongside the organizer function, provides ongoing administrative support to the staff overseeing programs, and carries out delegated responsibilities within specified timeframes, safely and efficiently, to meet business requirements.
