Counsel prospective trainees face to face, over the telephone and online — hearing their background, their goals, and honestly assessing which of our training tracks fits

Maintain the registration database and related forms for every candidate attending training — the record system the whole program is administered through

Handle candidate and student queries end-to-end: eligibility, structure, certification, what the track leads to, and what it does not

Plan, design and conduct orientation sessions, assessments, job-readiness seminars and career-development workshops for participants

Coordinate training activities between trainers and trainees so every cohort completes smoothly — venues confirmed, materials ready, schedules respected

Keep researching for new, interactive and current topics worth building sessions around, and help colleagues, trainers and interns who need coverage on adjacent topics

Carry the counselling voice into placement conversations — when a trainee is ready for live work, you are often the one who says so first

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Training Counsellor at CryptoMize you will maintain the database and related forms of student registrations for attending training, handle candidate queries across every channel, and coordinate training activities so each program completes smoothly — liaising between trainer and trainee from first session to certification. Where a participant struggles, you notice early and adjust; where a participant excels, you make sure the record says so.

You will plan, design and conduct orientation sessions, assessments, job-readiness seminars, job-search support and career-development workshops. These sessions are yours to build: the expectation is continuous research for new, interactive and current topics, and the willingness to cover sessions in adjacent fields when the calendar demands it. Helping colleagues, employees, trainers, developers and interns inside the company is part of the same duty — the counselling desk serves the internal population too.

The records you keep are confidential and load-bearing: registrations, assessments, attendance and progress notes feed the decisions the training program makes about people’s trajectories.
