How your application is reviewed
Every job-openings submission passes the same three-gate review. First, a completeness screen confirms the role track, experience claims, and mandatory attachments are intact. Second, a senior practitioner from the relevant desk evaluates substance — the depth of your answers matters more than formatting, credentials alone do not advance a file. Third, shortlisted candidates receive a confidential screening call that verifies availability, compensation expectations, and clearance for the engagement class on offer. The full cycle typically completes within five working days, and every applicant receives an explicit outcome rather than silence.
What happens after you apply
Selected candidates move into a structured engagement sequence: an NDA precedes any client-adjacent discussion, onboarding paperwork follows the screening call, and deployment onto a live desk happens only after role-specific orientation. Your application file — including the resume and photograph you attach here — is retained under the confidentiality standards described on this page and is never shared with engagement clients without your explicit consent. If no immediate opening matches your track, strong files stay active in the rolling pool and are revisited as new desks stand up.
