The Vanguard Internship Program receives applications on a rolling basis. Every submission is personally reviewed by senior leadership. Please provide comprehensive information to enable thorough evaluation.
How internship applications are reviewed
Internship submissions are read against potential rather than experience. The review desk checks three things: whether your stated track matches a supervised cohort that is actually running, whether your answers show the analytical habit the internship trains, and whether your availability covers the certified program window. Strong files are not parked — the internship pipeline moves quickly, and most shortlists go out within a week of submission.
What happens after you apply
Shortlisted interns receive a screening call, an NDA, and a track-specific orientation before cohort allocation. Across the program you work on scoped, supervised tasks — never client-facing exposure without oversight — and the capstone conversion review at the end is the documented path to a full-time offer. Your file, including attachments, is kept confidential under the same standards as our client engagements and is never shared outside the review desk.
