What does the Designer family do at CryptoMize?
Design at CryptoMize is the visual voice engagements speak with — campaign key visuals, report layouts, motion work that gives dossiers their texture, and interfaces built from user research rather than taste. Trainees sit in design reviews where the work meets engagement economics, not in a separate room.
The bench runs on Figma as its shared library, After Effects and Premiere for motion, and a UX line that prototypes in code when the concept demands it. Interns maintain asset libraries, run the Figma-to-engineering sync, and learn the defense of design choices in front of people who did not study design.
