01The family

What does the Interpreter family do at CryptoMize?

The interpreter family is spoken and live — the human bridge in the room when a client engagement crosses a language line. Interpreters work consecutive mode (listen, then render) and simultaneous mode (real-time), on field surveys, community programs, and client meetings where accuracy is measured in the moment and there is no draft to revise. The discipline shares its languages with our translation family but none of its mechanics: presence, memory, and composure replace reference material and revision cycles.

Interpretation assignments track the engagement calendar — field deployment windows, program launches, client meetings — with language pairs staffed per assignment. The family’s craft standard is register-accurate live rendering: the formality the moment requires, delivered without drift.

WHAT SKILLS DOES THE INTERPRETER FAMILY NEED?

Native fluency in your language and strong working English

Consecutive interpretation technique — memory, note-taking, faithful rendering

Composure in live settings — meetings, field, program operations

Register judgment — formal to community registers, on the spot

Dialect awareness within your language family

Professional conduct and neutrality in client settings

Stamina — live interpretation is sustained concentration

Confidentiality — what is said in the room stays in the room

Interpreter Internships — frequently asked questions

ATwenty-seven spoken-language tracks across the Indian language families — from Hindi, Bengali, and Tamil to the Rajasthani regional set.

All are 6-month certified programs at our New Delhi HQ on a rolling, always-hiring intake.

AInterpreters speak — live, consecutive and simultaneous modes in meetings and field work.

Translators write — documents, reports, campaign material. CryptoMize runs the two families as deliberately separate tracks with separate training.

ALive interpretation under supervision: client meetings, field survey deployment, and program operations — consecutive mode first, simultaneous technique built through the program.

ACompensation is discussed during screening and depends on demonstrated skill, engagement classification, urgency, and track record.

We deliberately do not publish figures — each intern is evaluated individually.

AField deployment is part of the discipline — surveys and community programs run where the language lives.

Travel follows the engagement calendar, coordinated from the New Delhi HQ.
