Privacy Analyst Job — Always Hiring

Privacy Analyst Job in Delhi at CryptoMize

Privacy Analyst jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — the agency handles NDA-grade client data across 18 countries, and this seat is part of why that is safe. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, inside the privacy cell that serves every intelligence domain. Analysts here assess policies, procedures and operations to ensure they meet privacy requirements — the deeper level of privacy management, where risk is intercepted upstream in the design rather than downstream in the incident. Below is the complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process.

01The actual work

What will you actually do as a Privacy Analyst at CryptoMize?

Perform, review and facilitate privacy impact assessments on every new system, engagement and data flow the agency takes on

Develop and apply the policies and procedures engagements run under — written to be operated, not filed

Design and deliver access and privacy training for the teams handling client data, measured on behavior change rather than attendance

Oversee the data agreements: vendor contracts, processing terms and every external flow of client information, kept current as engagements change

Assess business operations on a continual basis — privacy here is a property of how the work runs daily, not a quarterly review

Apply records-management principles to what the agency retains, where it lives and when it is destroyed

Write the reports and briefings privacy governance runs on — recommendations smart enough to be adopted and clear enough to be defended

Monitor regulatory movement across the jurisdictions the agency works in, and translate each change into operational impact before it lands
