Collect, record, and maintain patient information — medical history, reports, and examination results — to the documentation standard hospital clients audit against

Diagnose on general tests and symptoms, prescribe accordingly, and own the clinical reasoning behind every call you make on a case

Move between client engagements as project needs demand, carrying your clinical judgment into each new floor while adapting to its protocols
