System Administrator Job — Always Hiring

System Administrator Job in Delhi at CryptoMize

System Administrator jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — the infrastructure behind a 99.9999%-uptime platform fleet does not tolerate staffing gaps. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, running the systems, networks, and automation that keep five intelligence domains online. Experienced administrators will find the complete job description below: the responsibilities owned from day one, requirements, seniority path, and selection process. If you have carried a pager for infrastructure that could not go down, you already understand this job.

01The actual work

What will you actually do as a System Administrator at CryptoMize?

Own systems and network infrastructure end-to-end — design, installation, maintenance, and the performance standards a 99.9999%-uptime record implies

Run the monitoring and alerting architecture: knowing what normal looks like, and being the person who knew first when it stopped looking normal

Administer directory services and the full account lifecycle with the access discipline a confidentiality-first organization demands

Own firewall and network-system operations — configuration governance, change control, and review discipline

Harden the fleet continuously: patch management, baseline enforcement, intrusion detection, and backup/recovery that is tested, not assumed

Automate aggressively — provisioning, checks, and recovery in Ansible and scripts, because manual toil is where outages are born

Lead incident response on infrastructure events — structured troubleshooting, root cause, and the runbook entry that prevents the sequel

Mentor the administrator interns attached to the team and set the documentation standard, infrastructure changes land runbook-first, then scripted

Election-period surges are planned for months in advance; the infrastructure does not discover capacity needs on voting day.

AA shared rotation with escalation tiers, runbook-backed responses, and post-incident review — structured so the same failure does not page the team twice.

Every page becomes a runbook entry, an automation candidate, or a design fix, and on-call load is tracked as a formal team health metric alongside uptime itself.
