What will you actually do as a Web Developer at CryptoMize?

Design, develop and improve websites and web platforms — owning features from specification through build, review, ship and maintain

Implement robust sets of services and APIs to power web applications, integrating data from various back-end services and databases cleanly

Build reusable code and libraries for future use — the estate is large, and duplication is treated as a defect

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, with performance treated as a feature and measured like one

Implement security and data protection at every layer you touch — the agency’s name is its credibility, and the properties you build carry it

Cooperate with web designers and UX developers to match visual design intent precisely, including converting layouts into production themes

Create and maintain software documentation so the next engineer inherits an explainable system, and communicate progress and delays to the project manager with accuracy

Produce realistic estimates during scoping — expertise required, hours required — and defend them honestly when reality pushes back

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Web Developer at CryptoMize you will design, develop and improve websites, working closely with project managers and the development team to develop detailed specification documents with clear deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion. You will work with software programmers, integrators, multimedia and web designers to build and refine graphic designs for websites, converting raw layouts into clean production themes, and you will determine appropriate architecture and technical solutions, making relevant recommendations to clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling the sites you own: implementing robust services and APIs, integrating back-end data sources, building reusable code and libraries, and optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability. Implementation of security and data protection is a standing requirement in every build, not an optional pass at the end.

You will create and maintain software documentation, communicate progress and delays to the project manager with efficiency and accuracy, and engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value of service to clients. Producing project estimates during the scoping process — expertise required, people required, development hours required — is part of the seat, and so is owning those estimates honestly once given.
